Construction of the self owned plot of land situated within Municipal / Local Development Authority limits.
All individuals above the age of 21 years in case of self employed and 25 yrs in case of salaried individuals, working for minimum 3 years/ having stable source of income, singly or jointly owning a residential property.
Maximum Rs. 100,00,000-/ but not exceeding 80% of the cost of the plot + construction. The actual loan amount is determined taking into account factors like:
Repayment capacity
Tenor of the loan
Co-applicant's income
Value of the property
Current liabilities
Saving habits, and more

Repayment period:
The tenure of your Home Loan ranges from 1 to 15 years. The term however does not extend beyond the retirement age or 60 years (salaried individuals) whichever is earlier (65 years for self employed individuals).
RHDFCL urge customers to make maximum use of the e-payments facility for the repayment of their loan.
Changing loan repayment mode to Electronic Clearing System will attract Nil charge.
